Catalan fairs: We meet at Fira Àpat!

We recently had the pleasure of participating in Fira Àpat, the professional trade fair for food and Catalan gastronomy. An event we love to participate in to connect with industry professionals and explore the latest trends in food. Fira Àpat is known for bringing together the best producers and gastronomy professionals, creating a perfect space for the exchange of ideas and the exploration of new opportunities. This year represented our sixth edition at Fira Àpat, and we are delighted to be able to participate once again. The fair allows us to meet hoteliers with similar concerns and desire to do a good job, sharing our passion for quality food. It’s an enriching experience that helps us grow and constantly improve what we offer our customers. During the fair, we had the opportunity to taste our latest coffees out of the roaster, presenting the specialty origins we work with. Visitors were able to taste these coffees and learn more about our selection and roasting process. We are very happy with the response received and we invite you to meet us in the following editions, where we will continue to share our passion for excellence in coffee.
